Success all round for Charity Breakfast in aid of Unite Carers!

We are very happy to announce that the Charity Breakfast held at John and Hazel Ridd’s farm was a great success and including an additional contribution from Network funds, as agreed by those present, the event raised £250 for the charity Unite Carers.
22 people attended the event, including Mark Richardson & Mike Davies of Stephens Scown Solicitors, and Elizabeth Graveley & Cassandra Collins from Activage.
John and Hazel’s efforts were much appreciated, as was the help provided by Kathy Beechen and Karen Milton, who helped Hazel in the kitchen and served the breakfast to those in attendance.
Thank you also to those who kindly donated the food and drink for the event;
• Sausages and Bacon provided by Lloyd Maunder at Halberton farm shop
• Eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and bread from the Halberton farm shop
• Coffee and milk from Reapers, Bampton Street, Tiverton
Reminder:
The Federation of Small Businesses “First Friday” breakfast meeting is at Downes Crediton Golf Club (members of MDN) on 4th July.
